Loved, loved my stay at the popartment! My family and I were super happy overall (14 travelers total). We arrive to Florence by Italo train, the hotel is situated approximately 8 minutes by car from there. The hotel is in a more quiet and residential neighbor hood that is close to the action yet far from the noise. There were plenty of restaurants and gelato spots within a 2-3 min walk if you felt hungry later in the evening. Emmanuella our hotel concierge was phenomenal in her recommendations of restaurants and how to navigate the city center. Hands down made this stay even better. One of the highlights of staying here was that the train (regular transport train, not high speed train) was less than a 3 minute walk which we used to take us to the city center, airport and other locations. We rented a car which the hotel was able to provide parking for a small fee of 20 euro per night. Each room had its own unique flair and a kitchenette that provided coffee and water. They had a meeting room for small conferences, or in our case, the entire family convening together to eat takeout. Best of all, each room had great air conditioning which provided a much needed relief from the days of walking in the hot sun. I would HIGHLY, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. This is my new spot when I travel to Italy.

It was clean, comfortable and easy to access (once you familiar with the area and transportation system of Florence), it is close to the tram network. It’s away from the busy city center, so not noisy. Has laundry facilities on the premises which is helpful. Equipped with the basic utensils in the kitchen.

The apartment was bigger than I expected. Everything is clean and new. Huge bed. Many shelves and mirrors. The host provided 2 separate blankets for us on request. It is close to tram station, the district is quiet. Nice but simple breakfast. All needed bath and kitchen supplies. Additional thanks for the coffeemaker and dishwasher. There is also possibility to use the washing machine for 8 euros(machine except only 1euro coins ) on the second floor of the hotel. Definitely would choose this hotel again if come to Florence!

Room was excellent it was clean and properly maintained. You have all the facilities like kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster etc. The location of the property is also good. 5 mins walk from redi tram station from where you get easy access to Santa Maria Novella train station as well as airport.

The place was good, as described in booking. I found the room comfortable and spacious, with a balcony, but I would have liked a view that wasn't a wall
